Maintenace of the filter element
If you want improve the service life of the filter element , you should do the daily maintenance of the filter element .
The long-term use will make the filter medium full of impurities,we need to use backwashing equipment to clean it.
Some of the filter element use filter paper as the filter media,like the Car filter element and Hydraulic Filter Element,need to replace the filter paper regularly,also need to check whether there is damage to the support layer(epoxy coated wire mesh).
Check up the seal and connection between the filter,must be strictly sealed and no leakage.
In the high temperature and high pressure working environment,determine whether can meet the requirements of filter media.
