Wedge wire screen(Johnson screen) is a welded steel structure ,its our main product.With excellent performance, it is widely used in filtration, separation and retention media.
Its structure is shown in Figure 1.
It has two parts of the structure:
1.Wedge wire
2.Support wire
The wedge wire are welded on the support rod.The distance between the surface profiles is controlled very accurately,as it forms the slot through which the filtrate flows.
